Nikki Kilmer

Nikki’s real estate career started over a decade ago in 2015.  Since then, she has guided her clients through the sometimes overwhelming and always personal experience of buying and selling homes. With a background in leadership and coaching, her ability to quickly forge relationships has resulted in manageable and approachable strategies for each one of her clients. Nikki’s natural eye for design not only helps sellers reimagine a space before listing on the market but also helps buyers see the potential in a prospective property. When not working, you can find her bouncing around Highland Park with her partner and two dogs. After dark, catch Nikki’s alter ego Miss Frizzle spinning vinyl on dancefloors across the country. A regular at Nightmoves in Brooklyn and a monthly resident at San Diego’s newest favorite club, Kiku Room, Nikki gets the people moving in more ways than one.
